Our company deals with repairs and specializes in audio - video - TV - hifi - car components, We have been active since 1987 with the name:

 Since 1980 (the year when we separately started the in the repair business) we have gained considerable experience in the repair of these brands: Sony, Kenwood, Clarion, Aiwa, Sansui, Fujitsu Ten, JBL, Autosonik, Harman Kardon, Proton, Pioneer , Concord, Alphasonik, Infinity, Sennheiser, Blaupunkt, Roadstar, Canton Becker. 

Since 1990, we have devoted particular attention to the leading manufacturers, with whom he still collaborates.

 Kenwood Electronics s.p.a. We were the pilot center in the regions of Emilia Romagna, Marche and Umbria where we organized and strengthened the support network and encouraged the various local offices to computerize the network in order to send data to other companies.

Sony Italy SpA, we manage the sale of accessories, audio / video as well as assistance on the following products: televisions, cameras, cameras, video recording, hi-fi, car components.

Our laboratory’s efficiency was recognized in 1993 by Kenwood, with our first place in their list of service centers, and in 1998, 1999, 2002 and 2004 by Sony with a first place in the "Target Quality" and "Best Progress Award".

We have always specialized in Car Stereo products, we have worked for over twenty years with Clarion, a leading brand in the industry and with Audiomedia. For some years we have also worked with Alpine.

Hi-Fi and vinyl are making a comeback. We have provided assistance in this area and we worked for many years with Sony and Kenwood products to which we have added over the years, brands such as Harman Kardon, Yamaha, Rotel, AKG, Koss, Mirage, Quadral.

As far as speakers are concerned, we handle as an approved center, leading brands such as JBL, Infinity, B & W, Energy, and Jamo. 

we perform repairs also on products for which we are not an authorized center like home hi-fi equipment, as well as on speakers and televisions. We can recover all kinds of speakers with repair and eventual replacement of the coils of foam which normally deteriorate within 8-10 years.

We also repair TV, LCD plasma MONITORS and we are an authorized center for Sony and Metz.

Our company operates in Bologna,  and we are supported by software for managing of all laboratory processes in a properly equipped room of 110 square meters. In addition to normal repair service (audio / video and TV)  we carry out the installation of satellite dishes, burglar alarms, and air conditioning.  

Our effort is primarily focused on repairs, average delivery time is 3-4 working days, excluding required parts. We offer information on products by email within 24 hours (48 in the case of e-mails over the weekend).
